So not only do we hold ourselves to GreenFox’s high standard, but SAWDAC holds us to their high standards. This ensures your windows are leveled and sealed properly. Plus, we do our own quality-control inspection after each project we finish.

We open and close your new windows and doors, check the finishing details, and ask you if you have any concerns. To us, great installations are all about the details. 

We pride ourselves on NEVER cutting corners anywhere, whether it’s through the high-grade materials we use or the attention to detail each of our installations gets. 

It’s why we use pure virgin vinyl in our windows instead of recycled vinyl that’s likely to warp and break down quickly. It’s also why we offer heavy-duty fiberglass and steel doors instead of wood or vinyl doors that often crack or rot.  

And instead of the cheaper $3 bottle of caulk, we use the better quality $9 bottle – it performs better and lasts longer. We use expanding foam to thoroughly insulate around our doors and windows instead of poor-quality insulation that is prone to moisture and air gaps. And we use two layers of foam instead of one – because it insulates even better.

Most other Canadian window and door companies offer anywhere from a two to ten-year labour warranty. This could mean if the sealing around your windows peels or you notice air drafts around your door in as little as two years, you’re out of luck.

Our window installations come with 25 years of labour protection, and our door installations stay covered for 12 years. And while other companies may sneak exemptions into the fine print, our labour warranties cover everything workmanship related.

At GreenFox, we take our cleaning seriously. We lay tarps down around your yard, landscaping, and other areas affected by our installations. We cover your nearby furniture when we have to work inside your home. And we vacuum around your windows and doors before we leave.

Bottom line: We don’t leave ANY mess behind. Many of our customers have even claimed that we left their homes cleaner than before we arrived. (We’ll take the compliment.)
