Initial Contact

When you call us or we reach out to you, you’ll talk with our amazing Customer Care Department while they gather all the basic information about your project. Once they know what you’re looking for, they’ll schedule a time to send one of our Project Managers to your home.

Project Consultation

When your Project Manager arrives, they’ll listen to your wants, needs, and project goals. From there, they’ll give you expert recommendations and talk you through your options. They’ll also give you a free estimate and an accurate quote so you can make the best decision for your home.

Custom Order

Once you make a decision and sign your project contract, we send out our team to gather all the essential details. They’ll precisely measure your windows. Then, they submit your custom order, including all the parts for your windows, doors, and any materials they need.

Installation

When your custom-built windows or doors are ready, we schedule your installation. And on the day your installation starts, we take measures to protect your home and property from any accidental damage, remove the old windows and doors, and install the new ones. Once installed, we ensure everything is functional and clean before leaving.

Final Inspection

After your windows or doors are installed, we send out our Customer Inspection Officer to thoroughly inspect your new products and our workmanship. They’ll also check in with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your results (and they may even bring you a box of cookies to thank you for your trust in us…wink).
