Yes, GreenFox Windows and Doors is a a CEIP Qualified Contractor. This means we’re a company that support property owners with energy efficient products for their Clean Energy Improvement Program projects.
Yes, new windows and doors do qualify for the Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP). More details can be found here.
The program is targeted to residential properties completing retrofits. New builds do not qualify. Properties eligible for the program include:
Single family homes
Duplexes
Row houses
Town homes
Yes. You can choose to pay out 1 or more of your upgrades in a lump sum (each is a separate tax, which can be paid out individually). They will avoid any future interest charges once the lump sum is paid.
You can do this at any time during their financing, but must pay off each upgrade in full. You cannot make partial payments towards an upgrade in this case.
Only the property owners enrolled in the program would see an increase on their property tax bill. If you don’t participate in the program, it will not impact your property taxes.
