At GreenFox, we go the extra mile to ensure our installers are prepared to carry out projects of all types and sizes.

Hiring Standards For Our Alberta Crews

From the outside, window replacements can seem pretty straightforward. But in reality, they’re complex procedures that include a series of crucial steps. Mess up any of these steps, and you’ve got a subpar installation on your hands.

This means that only trained personnel should work on your replacement project.

Unfortunately, things don’t always work out that way. That’s true because some companies have pretty low minimum hiring standards. In these circumstances, you never know who’s going to show up to work on your property.

But that’s not the case at GreenFox.

Newcomers to our team must have at least two to five years of previous experience. No exceptions.

And these new team members don’t work on their own. Instead, they're supervised by installers with even more experience. This approach ensures that expertise is always on your side.

SAWDAC Window Replacement Certification

But we don’t stop there. All of our installers must also earn the stamp of approval from the Siding and Window Dealers Association of Canada (SAWDAC).

SAWDAC runs a program known as Window-Wise.

This program is designed to assure homeowners that the providers they hire are genuine professionals. Window-Wise installers are fully certified. And so are the companies they work for.

They also follow additional SAWDAC requirements, which include things such as:

• Meeting established guidelines for product warranties
• Using only well-made, energy-efficient windows
• Submitting to random work site inspections

Only top companies like GreenFox can meet such lofty standards.

Our In-House Replacement Window Training

Not everyone installs windows in exactly the same way. Even when the end results are the same, the means to reach them can vary. That’s true for even the most experienced installers.

Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks to this professional leeway.

If 10 installers do things 10 different ways, it can be difficult to accurately document their work. It’s also harder to diagnose problems if something goes wrong.

How do you control this chaos? By establishing set procedures that everyone follows, every time.

Learning The GreenFox Method Of Window Installation

That’s why all new hires must learn the GreenFox way, regardless of their prior real-world experience.

For their first month with us, they go through rigorous in-house training. Every aspect of our installation procedures is covered in detail.

When this process is done, we’ve got new crew members ready to meet our ironclad criteria. And you’ve got a courteous team that knows how to protect your property while producing exceptional results.

That’s the very definition of a win/win situation.

Your Choice For Premium Window Installations

You can’t have a successful window replacement project without reliable, knowledgeable installers. The better their skills, the more likely you’ll be delighted by the work they do in your Alberta home.

What makes an installer great? Experience is a must. The same is true for proper certification and consistent training.
